Let's be real
Growing up, I hated everything about me and who I was. People had their own ideas of who I should be and I believed them. Which is a bunch of BS! I focused on all of the negatives and "imperfections" and I couldn't see the things that made me shine. Unfortunately, it took me many years to begin the shifting away from that point of view. But, it is happening 🙂
Be Present
Now that I am older and have a son of my own, I have a greater understanding that we all need to give each other, including ourselves, more grace and love. I believe this wholeheartedly! If we can teach people to love and accept themselves, I feel that this can change the world...or at least start to shift people's beliefs that who they are is ENOUGH! <3 #youareworthy

Honing her craft for over the past 10 years, Starr has found her passion in photographing High School Seniors, Teens/Tweens, individuals with special needs and all of the passions and hobbies that make them thrive.
Growing up in Southern California and living outside of Atlanta since her college years has really given her a unique perspective on how she creatively constructs her clients photoshoots.
Starr has a passion for the urban jungle and incorporating various facets of man-made art and construction in her sessions. In her opinion, the more weathered and forgotten, the better.
